Sid Ghatak

President

Sid Ghatak’s talent for envisioning possibilities and transforming them into reality drives success for Rolling Forecast Solutions, LLC and our clients. Sid combines his deep-rooted expertise in business and technology with fierce determination to alleviate pain points, eliminate frustration and simply make work easier for his clients. His visionary leadership inspires the Rolling Forecast team to go the extra mile to ensure projects are completed with timeliness and precision.

Having deployed solutions to users in over 75 countries across 6 continents, Sid has a longstanding record of success in orchestrating the design, development and implementation of technology solutions that fuel growth for clients in a broad range of industries, including information services, pharmaceutical, financial services, media, entertainment, and aerospace and defense. He studied Finance and Strategy at the University of Chicago and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He resides in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico with his wife, Ella, and three children, Reese, Amelia and Esme.

Eric Santiago Director of Operations A self-professed lifelong student of business processes and operations, Eric Santiago brings a practical and focused analysis to each client engagement. His 21 years of success in strategy, product management, and end-to-end holistic project management has earned him the reputation of “trusted advisor” in the global delivery of enterprise-wide business and strategic IT initiatives. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Political Economics from Brooklyn College. This avid golfer and “family chef” resides in Hillsborough, NJ with his wife, Mercedes, and two young children, Gabriella and Roberto.		Steve Raftery Director of Technical Operations A former Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps, Steve Raftery brings vast technical expertise and strong project leadership capabilities to our firm. With over 16 years of experience leading, designing and developing database and system architecture projects, Steve’s “accomplish the mission” approach means that client solutions are consistently delivered on time and under budget. Steve graduated summa cum laude California State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He is a Brooklyn native and also a published author. He resides in Greenwich, Connecticut.
